Set for a groundbreaking next month, Oppenheim Architecture + Design has unveiled the design of the new luxury concept, Illa Bimini Resort & Residences, which will span three private islands and 40 acres in the Bahamas, while offering access to a more than 9,000 feet of coastline.
Set against the natural splendor of the Caribbean, Illa will comprise 54 residential villas as well as a 49-key boutique hotel.
“The ultimate goal for Illa was to create an eco-luxury development that builds with the land, not on the land,” says Chad Oppenheim, principal and lead designer of Oppenheim Architecture + Design.
