Hotel Zoe San Francisco has debuted in the city’s Fisherman’s Wharf neighborhood, following a multimillion-dollar revamp from Gino Castaño and David Lasker of locally based interior design practice Paletteur. Owned by Pebblebrook Hotel Trust and operated by Noble House Hotels & Resorts, the hotel’s design is inspired by luxurious yachts typical of ports across the Mediterranean while also honoring the vibrant culture of San Francisco and other international cities.
The crisp, sleek interiors include warm wood tones, linear elements, and muted palettes. Located in the lobby, the newly constructed Bar Zoe joins the hotel’s signature eatery Pescatore Restaurant & Bar. An artisan-crafted outdoor courtyard also features communal seating and a 24-foot-tall metal sculpture from Shawn Man Roland called “Zoe.”
Guestrooms are equipped with glass-framed showers, refined tile floors, and handcrafted stone bathroom vanities with polished chrome hardware and modern artwork. In a subtle nod to yacht-style opulence, hand-selected finishes include notes of marble, granite, and fine wood. The Hotel Zoe Suite, the property’s highest quality accommodation, boasts a private grand fireplace.
