The Palihouse Miami Beach has recently opened as the seventh output in the Palihouse portfolio. Located along the Indian Creek River within an 1940s Art Deco structure which formerly served as the Greenbrier Hotel, the fresh property offers 71 guestrooms and studios all crafted by the brand’s in-house design team.
Each outfitted with kitchenettes, all accommodations showcase an eclectic mix of contemporary and vintage furnishings that blend the eastern seaboard aesthetics with boho-Mediterranean vibes. Same style approach applies to the lobby as well, with its walls adorned with turquoise plasters in peach hues. Natural daylight floods into the airy interior through oversized windows, anchored by a wooden reception desk reminiscent of an antique yacht. Artwork and bespoke lighting are installed at focal points, further complementing the neutral color and material palette.
Among the many amenities of the property is an onsite pool, tucked away in a private courtyard lined with limestone, and accented by lush greenery, while Greenbrier Swim & Social, an all-day F&B concept, comprises an array of convivial spaces like the creek-front patio, lobby lounge, liquor bar, as well as the outdoor pool.
