The first collaborative wellness and beauty community, the Parlor NYC, is the first and only collaborative community for best-in-class beauty and wellness professionals and their discerning clientele.
Slated to open in the first quarter of 2020, the flexible workspace concept was conceived by the serial entrepreneur Pam Wolf, with a focus on supporting beauty and wellness practitioners and their clients. Spread across 12,000 square feet on the chic Madison Avenue, the Parlor NYC includes rental suites as opposed to dedicated storefronts.
“I recognized a boom in the wellness economy and the slowing of traditional retail, which confirmed my thought that the Parlor NYC would be an attractive tenant to landlords worried about the ‘Amazon effect,'” says Wolf. “This is a space for practitioners who work for themselves but not by themselves as the model creates a community that stimulates cross-sales for maximum profit per square foot.”
