The Robert Green Company has partnered with Montage Hotels and Resorts—a company that features an artistic collection of distinctive hotels, resorts, and residences for luxury travelers and homeowner—to begin construction on the Pendry San Diego.
The Pendry will be built at the epicenter of the historic Gaslamp Quarter. The hotel will be a stylish urban destination for leisure and business travelers in the region, located a few blocks from the home of the San Diego Padres, Petco Park, and the San Diego Convention Center.
Scheduled to open in 2016, Pendry San Diego will feature 317 guestrooms, including 36 suites, a rooftop pool, two restaurants, an ultra-lounge, beer hall, a spa and fitness facility, and more than 22,000 square feet of meeting space. Visitors and San Diego residents will experience comfortable and fashion-forward designed guestrooms, and new culinary and social experiences.
