The LUMA Hotel Times Square will open its doors in the heart of Manhattan this fall. Designed by locally based architect Peter Poon, the hotel’s façade will feature a glass curtain shimmering between two classic pre-war buildings. Seven-foot floor-to-ceiling windows in each of the 130 guestrooms will allow in natural light and views of the city. The contemporary guestrooms will also incorporate walk-in showers.
An onsite chef-driven restaurant will debut as well, serving as the latest culinary destination in the Bryant Park neighborhood. An intimate bar and café will provide guests with a side street-style retreat.
