The Rosewood Crescent hotel in Dallas has announced that it will undergo a rebranding as the independently operated Hotel Crescent Court, following the acquisition of the property by Forth Worth-based company Crescent Real Estate. HEI Hotels will operate the revamped property.
The company also plans to invest $30 million to upgrade the luxury property and provide an entirely new and enhanced guest experience. Locally based firm waldrop+nichols studio has been tapped to design the new interiors.
“When we complete the upgrades at Hotel Crescent Court, we will offer guests the experiences and amenities of a modern, newly built hotel while maintaining the classic and unique design features associated with this Texas landmark,” says John Goff, chairman of Crescent and a former owner of the hotel.
First debuting in 1985, the 220-room hotel includes 29 suites, nearly 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, a 22,000-square-foot spa, and a fitness center. Onsite dining options include the exclusive private dining room the Crescent Club and a NOBU location.
