Rosewood is set to unveil its latest property in March 2019 as part of the Victoria Dockside arts and design district on Hong Kong’s Tsim Sha Tsui harbor. The Rosewood Hong Kong will span 43 floors of the 65-story tower designed by New York-based architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF).
New York-based designer Tony Chi will oversee the interiors of the property, which will reflect a nuanced interpretation of the destination across residential-style environments. The tower will be home to 18 residences, 322 guestrooms, and 18 deluxe suites, including the 10,760-square-foot Harbor House and the Garden House. Both boast a private sky terrace on the 57th floor appointed with landscaped gardens, a sundeck, private lap pool, and fitness center.
Wrapped with outdoor terraces, the 40th floor will build upon Rosewood’s signature hospitality concept. The Manor Club will comprise an exclusive lounge that evokes warmth within a refined, club-like setting that houses a game room and lively bar. Authentic F&B experiences will anchor the property’s onsite amenities, with eight options that all overlook the water. Holt’s Café will channel Hong Kong’s teahouse history, while the Legacy House will serve as a regionally inspired Cantonese concept. The Asaya wellness concept will be spread across two floors, while 34,450 square feet of expansive meeting and event space will range from luxe indoor environments to dramatic outdoor settings.
