Rosewood has announced plans to launch its fifth Chinese property in 2023. Developed by the locally based Saiho Group, the Rosewood Chengdu will debut across the top floors of a new 985-foot-tall tower in the city’s central business district. Rosewood recently celebrated the opening of the Rosewood Sanya, its first resort in China, and will see the arrival of the Rosewood Guangzhou and the Rosewood Hong Kong in 2018. Renderings and designer information have not yet been announced.
The hotel will host 180 guestrooms and suites, as well as amenities including the Manor Club executive lounge. Four restaurants and bars will open alongside a spa, fitness center, and pool, while the Pavilion will serve as the signature residential-style meeting and function area.
