Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has announced it will make its German debut in 2023 with the launch of the Rosewood Munich. The seventh Rosewood property in Europe, the hotel will be housed within two landmark German structures—the State Bank of Bavaria from the 19th century and the Palais Neuhaus-Preysing, a former aristocratic residence from the early 1700s.
The centrally located property will showcase traditional German architecture with modern and contemporary elements for a convivial, warm environment. The hotel will accommodate 132 spacious guestrooms and suites crafted to complement the original grand façade and iconic stairways of the original design. The inviting lobby lounge will offer both a full-service restaurant and bustling bar, while the onsite spa will span five treatment rooms, an indoor pool, and fitness area. Extensive meeting and event spaces will also be included.
