ME by Meliá has introduced its first hotel on the Catalan coast with the newly opened ME Sitges Terramar. Located 20 miles outside Barcelona, the new outpost joins the company’s Spanish properties including the ME Mallorca and the ME Ibiza.
Designed by Barcelona-based firm LaGranja, the 213-room hotel boasts stunning ocean vistas from nearly all accommodations. The signature ME suite is outfitted with a private social lounge, while the Personality suite and 24 Chic suites all include large terraces. Gray and cream hues permeate the contemporary interior to align with the brand’s signature palette. The property will also honor the brand’s heritage of iconic rooftop spaces with the launch of the Radio ME Sitges Rooftop Bar this summer. Additional F&B spaces include the 200-seat Mediterranean concept Beso Sitges and the lobby oyster bar. A pool bar and spa are also onsite.
