Six Senses the Palm, Dubai is set to open in September on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah. The beachfront property combines 61 suites with 172 branded residences, offering views across the Arabian Gulf, the Palm, and Dubai’s skyline.
Cape Town-based firm SAOTA is behind the architecture and interiors, which draw from regional building traditions while applying a modern, sustainable approach. Suites feature natural materials including stone and timber, paired with sand-toned finishes and subtle local details. Floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces—some with pools—allow natural light and air to circulate through the spaces.
Throughout the resort, pathways wind through planted courtyards and shaded gardens, guiding guests toward the private beach. Water features and open circulation areas create a sense of flow and encourage movement through the property.
The residential component includes Penthouses, Royal Penthouses, duplex Sky Villas, and nine five-bedroom beachfront Signature Villas. Owners receive full-service support and access to exclusive privileges. This marks the first of two residential developments expanding Six Senses’ presence in Dubai, with the second, Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina, scheduled to open in 2028.

The resort’s culinary program follows the Eat with Six Senses philosophy, emphasizing seasonal produce and ingredients sourced from regional farmers, fishermen, and suppliers, while preparation methods remain simple to highlight natural flavors. Four dining venues provide gathering spaces designed for comfort and familiarity.
