The Loren Hotel Group has announced plans to grow its U.S. footprint with the launch of the Loren at Lady Bird Lake in Austin. Overseen by Toronto-based studio Fleur-de-lis Interior Design, the project will is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2022.
Adjacent to the city’s Zilker Metropolitan Park, the forthcoming luxury retreat will rise on the banks of Lady Bird Lake with 108 guestrooms and suites, in addition to 26 two and four-bedroom condominiums. Facilities will include a restaurant, bar, and lounge with alfresco seating, and event spaces, while a spa, gym, swimming pool, and retail venues be located onsite as well.
