The W Las Vegas has debuted in the former LUX Tower of the SLS Las Vegas. The elevated hotel-within-a-hotel experience houses 289 guestrooms and welcomes guests to enjoy the best of both worlds with combined amenities from the two brands.
Designed by Gensler and New York-based AvroKO, the tower radiates Vegas glamour with the brand’s signature Living Room lounge, outfitted with intimate seating nooks that evoke a midcentury style . Behind the bar, a neon art “desert garden” from artist Keith Lemley transforming the space from day to night.
Featured among the Philippe Starck– and Gensler-designed guestrooms, the 2,382-square-foot Extreme WOW suite adorns the top of the tower with exclusive designs from artist, musician, and designer Lenny Kravitz.
Spread across three floors, 15,000 square feet of meeting and event space are accessible in addition to the SLS’ 80,000 square feet of flexible venues. Overlooking the city and desert, the rooftop’s WET Deck offers intimate retreat with private cabanas and the destination bar. Locally sourced artwork and photography establish a unique ambiance. Designed with pure white elements, the second-floor AWAY Spa includes playful elements, such as pink interior lockers and artful hand sculptures. The 24-hour fitness center is also available.
The SLS is home to seven eateries including the Starck and Gensler-designed Bazaar Meat by José Andrés, sushi concept Katsuya, contemporary Mediterranean option Cleo, 800 Degrees Neopolitan Pizza, and Umami Burger, Beer Garden & Sports Book. Nightlife concepts including the Sayers Club, Foxtail Nightclub, and the Foundry are located inside.
