Luxury tourism group Touch of Spice has introduced two new locations in its recently launched Residence Collection of private estates and oceanfront retreats in New Zealand. Each location will be appointed with a slew of amenities including private wine collections, art collections, and spa treatments.
The first property, the countryside residence Bron-Yr-Aur, is situated near one of Queenstown’s most popular ski resorts, Coronet Peak. The original structure served as the holiday home of Led Zeppelin lead singer Robert Plant.
The Mahana Villa in Nelson, New Zealand has also joined the lineup, set upon more than 60 acres of wine country. Crafted from glass, steel, and wood, the villa embraces the design principles of Pacific Modernism, and sleeps up to 14 visitors across three private ensuite accommodations, two rooms in the Loft, and the one-bedroom Spa suite. The former private residence of American hotelier Glenn Schaeffer, the villa has also been personally curated by him with contemporary artwork, antiques, collectible furniture, and luxurious furnishings.
