Wilson Associates with design the Chancellor’s House hotel in Oxford, Mississippi, slated to open next summer.
The 31-room hotel, located downtown, will be managed by Chancellor’s House Management Group and will will be the first luxury hotel near the University of Mississippi.
The property will house 18 rooms and 13 suites ranging from 500 to 1,000 sqaure feet, all with balconies and recessed ceilings. Interiors will reference local and university culture with an emphasis placed on a Southern aesthetic. The lobby will feature a fireplace surrounded by comfort-driven furniture under a barrel-vaulted ceiling. Accessories and artwork will reflect the University of Mississipi.
Amenities will include a ballroom, library, and one specialty restaurant inspired by a classic New York grillroom.
