Midtown Manhattan will soon welcome the Xadia Hotel, a new property comprising the entire under-construction Bryant Park Crown high-rise.
Marin Architects, the project’s designer and architect of record, envisioned the 42-story tower, which features a cantilever façade and overlooks New York’s Bryant Park. Xadia Hotel will boast 173 luxury guestrooms, a rooftop bar and restaurant, plaza, and arcade upon completion in mid-2025.
The Bryant Park Crown will easily recognizable by an illuminated crown structure situated atop the tower, as well as its 25-foot cantilever, which increases the building’s square footage and adds 68 units. This architectural feature symbolizes refined simplicity with clean lines and an uncluttered form. Conceived as a symbol of New York’s enduring spirit, it stands for resilience, determination, and unwavering progress.
Similarly, Xadia Hotel’s interiors will embrace the city’s diversity.
Marin Architects’ design for the new-build prioritizes efficiency, transforming smaller units from original plans into spacious, optimized environments.
