YOTEL has broken ground on its first Middle Eastern property in Dubai. The development is the result of a new long-term agreement signed between the technology-focused company and Dubai Investment Properties.
Housing 582 guestrooms and serviced apartments, the property will be YOTEL’s Middle Eastern flagship and the brand’s first in the serviced residence space. Signature compact rooms will join dedicated co-working and meeting space, as well as a gym and upscale pool deck. Located on Sheik Zayed Road, the hotel will be located near Downtown Dubai, the Burj Khalifa, and the Dubai Mall.
YOTEL is currently pursuing additional Middle Eastern properties in Riyadh, Jeddah, Muscat, and Abu Dhabi. The Dubai location is slated for a 2018 opening.
