YOTEL has revealed plans to expand the footprint of its aparthotel brand, YOTELPAD, with a forthcoming unit in Europe. Slated to open in Q4 2023, YOTELPAD London Stratford will mark the company’s seventh UK outpost, joining YOTEL London City and YOTEL London Shoreditch.
The property will comprise 62 PADS equipped with multifunctional areas for living, working, and sleeping, as well as stylish bathrooms, and kitchenettes. Laundry facilities and a grab-and-go concept will also be featured onsite, while a restaurant and retail space will arrive in 2024.
“We’re incredibly excited to be opening our first YOTELPAD property outside of the U.S. this year, and to be bringing the product to the UK and European market for the first time,” says Rohan Thakkar, chief development officer for YOTEL. “With increased demand for flexible stays that offer more space to live, work, and play, whatever the length of stay, whether one night, one week, or one year, we’re confident that YOTELPAD is the answer for travelers globally. Committed to expanding our footprint to meet demand worldwide, YOTELPAD will be a key driver in achieving our ambitious growth targets.”
YOTEL, which is headquartered in London, remains on track to reach its goal of rolling out 50 hotels by 2025.
