The Kimpton Aertson Hotel in Nashville is set to open by this July, but is anticipating an even earlier opening day. Featuring warm, modern designs from Gensler, the 17-story, 180-key hotel will anchor Aertson Midtown, the new mixed-use community from Buckingham Companies that will feature 350 residences and 35,000 square feet of retail. The warm and organic design will embrace the history of Music City with localized touches throughout.
The eighth floor will house more than 6,500 square feet of meeting and event space, including a pool and the 3,630-square-foot ballroom, which will be clad with floor-to-ceiling windows and a large, wraparound private outdoor terrace. The 17th floor’s private outdoor terrace offers unobstructed 270-degree panoramic views of downtown.
