American Marazzi Tile, Inc., U.S. subsidiary of Marazzi Group, has acquired six service centers Interceramic Group. The facilities are located in Phoenix, Anaheim, San Diego, Denver, Las Vegas, and Salt Lake City, Utah. These branches will be transitioned within four to six months into Marazzi Tile & Stone wholesale service centers.
