Chef Alain Ducasse will open miX on the beach, the signature restaurant at the new W Retreat & Spa – Vieques Island and his first outlet in the Caribbean, opening March 25. The chef’s company will also oversee the entire F&B program at the resort, including W Café, the Living Room bar, WET bar and terraces, and the W Welcome Lounge at Vieques airport.
