The Rezidor Hotel Group has announced two new projects for its Radisson Blu brand. Scheduled to open late next year, Radisson Blu Istanbul Asia in Turkey will feature 194 guestrooms, an all-day dining restaurant, two bars, 10 function rooms (including a 4,000-square-foot ballroom), and a large health and fitness center.
Meanwhile, Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Centre, Kigali is slated to debut in 2012 in the Rwandan capital. Part of a mixed use development, the 292-room hotel will comprise six F&B outlets, spa and fitness center, boutique retail, and an outdoor swimming pool. The adjacent 344,000-square-foot convention center will have a multipurpose arena, seven conference rooms, and 10 smaller meeting rooms.
