Boutique hotel collection Desires Hotels is collaborating with record label Putumayo World Music to bring global sounds to select member properties. Quarterly Putumayo World Music Nights will feature new releases, DJs spinning Putumayo compilations, free sampler CDs, and drink specials. The Moonrise Hotel in St. Louis will spin Spanish tunes, while an Afro-Cuban beat will drum up energy at the Wave in South Beach. At the Iron Horse Hotel in Milwaukee, guests will see a Flamenco dancer and guitarist.
