Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has opened three new properties overseas. Built within the Nile City corporate complex, the 567-room Fairmont Nile City in Cairo, Egypt, features Art Deco influences while offering more than 11,000 square feet of indoor space (along with another 5,000 square feet outside) for meetings and conventions. All meeting rooms are naturally lit and provide panoramic views of the Nile River and the Pyramids in the distance. The Willow Stream Spa, meanwhile, features private sanctuaries for men and women.
Fairmont Yangcheng in Kunshan, China, houses 200 guestrooms and suites, outdoor event sites, a spa, fitness center, signature Chinese restaurant, and indoor and outdoor pools on the lakeshore. The Abu Dhabi Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, meaning "Gateway to the Sea," is brand’s first property to open in the capital of United Arab Emirates. Amenities at the 369-room hotel include 27,000 square feet of function space; private beachfront; a spa; two outdoor pools; and several F&B outlets, including Marco Pierre White Steakhouse & Grill and Frankie’s Italian Restaurant and Bar.
The new properties all offer Fairmont Gold, the brand’s exclusive lifestyle offering that features a private reception desk and guest lounge.
