Handlery Hotel Reopens in San Diego

The Handlery Hotel & Resort in San Diego, designed by Margaret Handlery of Handlery Hotels and Eugene Unger from Koni Corp., has reopened following a multimillion-dollar renovation of the property. The hotel’s 217 guestrooms are outfitted with new custom marble top furniture, along with upgraded carpeting, wallcoverings, draperies, ergonomic desk chairs, and bedding. Common areas and event space (including the addition of a small meeting room) were also improved with new carpeting and wallcoverings, electronic event screens, artwork, and landscaping. In addition, the island-like pool area was resurfaced and now features a redesigned landscape.
