Radisson Blu Hotel, Ulaanbaatar—the brand’s first hotel in Mongolia—is on track to open next winter. The 175-key property will offer three restaurants (including a micro brewery), a wellness center, and nearly 5,000 square feet of meeting space. The hotel will be adjacent to the 100-year-old Choijin Lama Temple, which features the 18th-century gold-covered statue of Buddha Shayaryamuni.
