Hilton Worldwide plans to open the first Hilton Garden Inn in Brazil. The company signed a management license agreement to operate the new hotel in São José do Rio Preto, São Paulo.

“Bringing Hilton Garden Inn to Brazil is a tremendous milestone for our brand,” says Adrian Kurre, global head, Hilton Garden Inn. “We’re thrilled to expand the Hilton Worldwide portfolio in this country, bringing the affordable, best-in-class services and amenities Hilton Garden Inn has to offer to a new segment of travelers.”
Designed by local firm Triplex Arquitetura, the hotel will form part of a 33-acre multiple-purpose Georgina Business Park project. In addition to the hotel, the complex will include residences, offices, restaurants, a boulevard mall, bank agencies, a convention center, and parking, all distributed in twelve commercial towers following a contemporary architectural style. Hilton Garden Inn São José do Rio Preto will be the first Hilton Garden Inn in Brazil as well as the first condo-hotel model operated by Hilton Worldwide.
Hilton Worldwide currently has two hotels in Brazil-Hilton Belem and Hilton São Paulo Morumbi-and nearly 60 hotels and resorts in Latin America.
