C2 Limited Design Associates has unveiled its design of Prime 44 – West, a new steakhouse at the Greenbrier. The restaurant pays tribute to West Virginia native and basketball legend Jerry West through the inclusion of more than 100 pieces of memorabilia.
Offering a diners’ club ambiance, the 100-seat steakhouse is outfitted with rich burgundy and chocolate brown hues, natural and dark woods, suede walls, and leather half-moon banquettes. The restaurant also features a chef’s table with views of the stainless steel open kitchen, as well as a glass-enclosed private dining room with views of a patio and fountain.
The completion of Prime 44 – West marks the first phase of the Greenbrier’s 50,000-square-foot casino and mezzanine entertainment venue, scheduled to open in April. The $25 million project will include coffee, wine, and sushi bars, as well as 10 retail shops.
