Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten is bringing his Market restaurant concept to the W Boston, which opens October 29. The multicultural menu, featuring French, Asian, and Italian inspirations, will emphasize fresh, locally produced ingredients from the New England region artfully blending Jean-Georges’ most exceptional dishes.
Bentel & Bentel designed Market by Jean-Georges to include simple contours clad with materials that evoke the color and texture associated with the ocean rim and land’s end. Against the backdrop of sand gray floors are contrasts of silvery driftwood with the tones of its woody core in a palette of bleached white oak and walnut veneer.
