Taheima Wellness Resort & Spa is now open in Riviera Nayarit on Mexico’s Pacific Coast, 10 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta airport. The boutique property offers 135 suites, with ground-floor units featuring private plunge pools. Healthy dining options encompass the Silhouette Restaurant, Café Maria, and a poolside restaurant with ceviche bar. Other amenities include infinity pools and whirlpools, a workout facility and dance studio, 10 meeting rooms (including a large ballroom), and a learning center with a “brain gym.” The resort’s 18,500-square-foot rooftop spa will be completed by early 2011.
