RIU Hotels & Resorts has opened the Riu Marillia hotel. Following a major renovation, the hotel now marks the group’s fourth establishment in Hammamet, Tunisia and the tenth in the country.
The 352-room Riu Marillia has two freshwater swimming pools⎯⎯one measuring 14,208 square feet and the other semi-Olympic-sized-as well as a spa, beauty salon, and a tahini-themed restaurant.
Joining three other RIU hotels, this opening shows Riu’s commitment to the destination⎯⎯where it has built ClubHotel, designed for young people and sports lovers; Riu Classic, targeting couples and families; and finally Riu Palace.
