Mazzarini chose to mix residential items with hospitality-grade materials starting in the living space with Serena & Lily sofas covered in Sunbrella fabric. “We wanted it to have that natural hand to it,” he explains. Lamps from Ralph Lauren, tables from Wayfair, and artwork framed by Framebridge (depicting golf balls and shoes) complete the comfortable, lived-in atmosphere.
