The Hoxton has revealed plans to launch of its newest concept, Camp Hox, popping up in Oxfordshire, UK. Running through the month of August, the elevated camping experience will be hosted on the grassy lawns of the palatial Eynsham Hall and provide visitors with the stylish Hoxton experience amid ongoing social distancing orders.
“Camp Hox is an idea we’ve been thinking about pulling off for years, but it’s never made as much sense as it does now,” says Ennismore founder and CEO Sharan Pasricha. “We know a lot of our guests are still weary to travel into cities, so we put our heads together and thought, let’s give them all the things they love about the Hoxton in the countryside. Camp Hox gives everyone the opportunity to escape to the great outdoors for a couple nights, then spend a night with us in London at one of our three Hoxton hotels whenever they’re ready to hit up the city again.”
The camp will feature 12 lotus tents outfitted with a bed, bathroom equipped with a toilet and shower, and a barbecue station outside. Communal spaces will include a self-service bar and fire pits.
