Warren Street Hotel, New York

First came the Crosby Street Hotel in SoHo, then the Whitby Hotel in Midtown. Now, Tim and Kit Kemp, founders of Firmdale Hotels, are ramping up their New York presence with the Warren Street Hotel, set to open in Tribeca in September. In addition to 12 residences, the industrial-inspired new-build stitches together a drawing room, orangery, day-to-night restaurant and bar, and 57 guestrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, all awash in the whimsy defining Kit’s eponymous design practice.
