The Wall Street Hotel, New York
Working closely with developer husband Jeffrey Dagowitz of Actium, Liubasha Rose of Rose Ink Workshop transformed a 100-year-old office building into the 180-key property, countering Wall Street’s high-charged masculine energy with a more airy and welcoming approach. Canopies with flowers and greenery wraps the building’s three façades, while the interiors are drenched in natural light and a showstopping handpainted mural depicting impressionistic scenes of Downtown New York.
