The transformation of the 1970s-era Fenix Hotel into the 120-room Ace Hotel & Swim Club Athens brings Atelier Ace’s distinctive flair to Greece by marrying the building’s Brutalist structure with Greek modernism and a playful poolside atmosphere. The design revives the classic charm of coastal resorts with a spacious, light-filled lobby, the moody lobby bar, and guestrooms flaunting cantilevered balconies, green marble vanities, and original artwork.
