Edge of Creativity
Recalling New York’s High Line park, the Lowline will be a subterranean green space developed by James Ramsey—founder of locally based Raad Studio—and Dan Barasch when it debuts in 2020. The park will be located in the former site of a historic trolley terminal in Manhattan’s Lower East Side.
