Previously the Gershwin Hotel, Evelyn is a 160-room property from Triumph Hotels with interiors by New York’s Silvia Zofio of SZ Projects. The $30 million redo created residentially inspired guestrooms with Art Nouveau-era design aspects that include walnut furniture, brass fixtures, and a warm cream color palette with blue accents.
