The Musket Room, located in New York, was the winner of the Upscale Restaurant category at the 10th annual HD Awards. Designed by London-based Alexander Waterworth Interiors with architecture by New York-based Shadow Architects, the restaurant’s design reflects the New Zealand chef’s roots, where muskets played an integral part in the country’s history.
