When the Whitney Museum of American Art outgrew its former home on Manhattan’s East Side, the institution looked to Renzo Piano to conceive a new location in the city’s Meatpacking District that includes a new restaurant, Union Square Hospitality Group’s (USHG) Untitled, a modern eatery with an open-kitchen dining experience.
