Old and new converge at RH England, the Gallery at the Historic Aynho Park. The lifestyle brand’s first international destination is a showcase of design, history, food, and wine all under one—very sizable—roof.
Spanning 73 acres and more than 60 rooms, RH England occupies a 400-year-old estate in the Cotswolds that was expanded and refurbished by British architect Sir John Soane during the early 19th century. One of the estate’s new spaces, the Sir John Soane Exhibition, pays tribute to this history. The exhibit was developed in partnership with Sir John Soane’s Museum in London to highlight the architect’s life and works through reproductions of original drawings, architectural models, and artifacts.
RH England also features six food and beverage options: The Orangery, a live-fire restaurant with 22-foot ceilings; the Loggia, a relaxed outdoor restaurant and wine bar; American bistro the Conservatory (set to open this fall); the Wine Lounge; the Tea Salon; and a juicery.

The Orangery restaurant boasts Calacatta gold marble tables, Italian merino wool velvet seating, and a lighting installation by Los Angeles-based designer and artist Alison Berger
Other amenities include the Grand Viewing Terrace, a series of intimate lounge spaces offering views of the Deer Park; the Architecture & Design Library, where a curated collection of vintage, contemporary, and rare books from influential creators from the last 2,000 years are on display; and RH Interior Design Studio, an interactive space for private client presentations and all professional design service needs.
“We are both proud and humbled to introduce RH to the UK in what we hope will be an inspiring and unforgettable fashion, and to fully open Aynho Park to the public for the first time in its history,” say RH chairman and CEO Gary Friedman. “We believe RH England represents our greatest work to date and will serve as a symbol of our values and beliefs as we embark on our expansion across Europe.”
