B Hotels & Resorts has announced two new properties: the B in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, and b2 Miami Downtown, the group’s first outpost of its value-focused brand. Located within Walt Disney World, the B resort-formerly the 394-room Royal Plaza-will undergo a renovation to include international dining concepts and a spa. Meanwhile, b2 Miami Downtown will emerge following a redesign of the former Continental Bayside Hotel. Signature amenities at both hotels will include specially selected sound, lighting, and scents, as well as communal seating and inviting gathering areas in public spaces.
