hiladelphia-based DAS Architects, Inc. has launched a new affiliate company, Studio DAS. The entity will include full-service purchasing of furnishings, finishes, specialty items, and accessories, as well as managing tracking, storage, delivery, and installation.
While DAS Architects has been offering this service to its architecture clients for more than 10 years, the Studio DAS team is now available for independent consultation. Studio DAS’s procurement services feature identifying, locating, and purchasing many items related to architectural and interior design projects, such as lighting, furnishings, millwork, artwork, and other related accessories.
“We created Studio DAS as an enhancement to our existing firm, especially for boutique hospitality and distinctive residential projects,” says Susan Davidson, co-founder of DAS Architects. “At Studio DAS, we manage the entire process with a personal touch, including selecting specific items, securing the best price, and coordinating delivery and installation.”
Studio DAS recently completed projects for the Chauncey Hotel in Princeton, New Jersey and a variety of residential work.
