Hospitality industry veterans Emille Aboona, John Geroulis, and Ken Qualtier have launched a new company, Quantum Hospitality Group, to provide construction, design, purchasing, and installation services to hotel owners, operators, and developers.
In providing 360 degree services to its clients, the Quantum Hospitality Group will act as a single point of contact to hotel owners and developers during the course of a project.
“In my career in the hotel industry, I’ve seen companies come close to being able to provide a ‘one stop shop’ for hoteliers for renovation and new construction projects” says Aboona, managing director of Quantum Hospitality. “My experience has been that the critical piece in any project is a firm’s ability to seamlessly complete an installation. This is where we’ve improved the 360-degree service that takes projects fully from concept to completion. We’ve bridged that gap by making installation an integral component of our core services.”
Aboona’s 20-plus years of hotel purchasing experience lends the company strong relationships with the vendor community. Geroulis’ installation team will pull everything together with turnkey services.
Under the leadership of managing director Qualtier, the Quantum team starts with the hotelier’s layout for the scope of the project, budgets, and preferences before managing custom interior designs, full scale construction plans, detailed purchasing reports, and installation to create brand-standard prototypes and boutique hotel designs.
