Noble Investment Group has announced its acquisition of the Courtyard by Marriott New Haven at Yale University in Connecticut.
“Noble will invest in physical improvements designed to enhance the guest experience at every level,” says Ben Brunt, principal of Noble. “For more than 20 years, we have had great success in adding value to upscale, transient oriented hotels in dynamic markets, which include world-class learning institutions and major medical centers. We continue to investigate additional opportunities in this market.”
