The New York office of Perkins&Will has promoted Maha Sabra and Arjav Shah. Sabra has been elevated from associate principal to principal, while Shah was promoted from senior associate to associate principal. “These latest promotions reflect the remarkable talent emerging from the Perkins&Will team,” says Bill Harris, managing director of Perkins&Will New York. “We’re thrilled to recognize the incredible leadership, talent, client engagement, and commitment both have demonstrated throughout their time at the firm. Congratulations Maha and Arjav.”
With more than 20 years of design and project management experience, Sabra plays an integral part in the studio’s healthcare projects. Her portfolio boasts large-scale endeavors, including Penn Medicine and the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. “My focus is twofold: to help deliver every client’s unique design vision through adaptable and creative processes, and to address all project challenges with a mix of pragmatism and boundless optimism,” she says.
Bringing forth nearly 15 years of design expertise, Shah enhances corporate interiors projects with a keen eye for color and sustainability. “As a leader, I strongly believe in promoting our values and the promise of what I have to offer. As a designer, I ensure that our designs satisfy the needs and wants of our clients,” he says. “But as a creative, when challenged, I am unafraid to argue for what serves the design beyond all else.”
