Related Group, Tate Capital, and Rok Acquisitions, in collaboration with Marriott International, have revealed plans for the St. Regis Resort and Residences, Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale—a $2 billion, decade-long vision bringing Monaco-inspired luxury to Florida’s coastline.
Anchored by a flagship St. Regis hotel, the development will include branded residences, a private beach club, fine dining, and upscale retail options on a sprawling 40-acre waterfront site.
Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Tara Bernerd & Partners, the project will unfold in two phases centered around two 23-story residential towers and a 197-key St. Regis hotel.
The master plan includes 88,000 square feet of waterfront commercial space, featuring restaurants, boat docking, a public park, a pedestrian promenade, and an exclusive megayacht marina.
The first phase of St. Regis Residences
The first phase will introduce 160 luxury condominiums in the residential towers, as well as resort residences atop the hotel. Available in three- and four-bedroom configurations with penthouse options, the homes will feel like secluded villas with private elevator foyers, light-filled spaces, and wraparound glass terraces.
Amenities exclusive to residents will include a spa, salon, indoor-outdoor fitness center, children’s entertainment room, library/media room, private dining room, and billiards room. Outdoor features will span private terraces with summer kitchens, a pool with a whirlpool, pickleball courts, a programmable multi-sport simulator, and bicycles.
Additionally, residents will enjoy access to resort amenities, which encompass two resort-style pools, a fitness center, a spa with outdoor amenities, and a waterfront restaurant.
