French-Canadian design duo Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku have completed Skyfall Lounge and the first U.S. outpost of Rivea—two casual-chic F&B outlets located on the 64th floor of Delano Las Vegas.
Both helmed by Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse, Rivea is located adjacent to Skyfall Lounge and serves a Mediterranean-inspired menu, while the lounge centers on nightlife entertainment and 180-degree views.
“I am thrilled to introduce Rivea and Skyfall Lounge to Las Vegas,” says Ducasse. “Upon entering the restaurant and lounge, every detail transports guests to…the South of France… while the design is sophisticated and laid-back, complementing the best view of the Las Vegas Strip.”
Rivea boasts a Venetian yacht-inspired aesthetic with a palette of maritime blue tones and yellow accents that are juxtaposed with mahogany banquettes and ceiling light fixtures that mimic constellations. A wave wall made from hundreds of glass pieces mirrors the appearance of lapping water. Dubbed Rivea+, the restaurant’s 50-seat private dining room offers sweeping views of the Strip through floor-to-ceiling windows.
Skyfall Lounge features an expansive outdoor patio and interiors that reference an evening sunset with deep purple, red, and honey gold accents, along with cloud-like forms suspended overhead.
