Legendary Texas venue Gilley’s is heading (slightly) north to Choctaw Casino Resort in Durant, Oklahoma. Matthews Southwest, Worth Group Architects, Penta Construction, and Egads are collaborating on the design and build of the project, which will integrate a restaurant, two bars, a performance stage, dance floor, and mechanical bull in a distinctly Southern atmosphere. Highlights include a 25-foot-by-15-foot belt buckle-framed entryway, 15 flatscreen TVs, and a projector screen.
